Machine Engineer II Japanese precision plant Sto. Tomas-Batangas

Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.

Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.

Diagnosing breakdown problems, fitting new parts, and making sure equipment is working reliably.

Carrying out quality inspections on jobs, coordinating with other departments, customers, and other engineering or production colleagues.

Writing maintenance instructions to help with the installation, maintenance, and commissioning guidelines of equipment.

Assist and review the procurement of machine spare parts, planning, and consumption.

Monitor the status of subordinate daily tasks and activities.

Carries out the training plan of the newly hired machine engineer and technician.

Assist in quality improvement, cost reduction activities, and process customization and standardization.

• Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• With at least 2~3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing company
• Can start immediately
