I - Administrative
1. Execute manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity, and related activities.
2. Conduct a daily meeting with all operators and other subordinates.
3. Communicate clearly and give instructions to the team member.
4. Supervision of manpower performance during production.
5. Submit the job report and other information timely and properly to Superior.
6. Plan and designate required manpower and machines based on the production plan.
7. Execute measures on the problems and issues in production.
8. Train and update operators’ knowledge to utilize their skills to make them flexible on all products.
9. Conduct training for operators to utilize their skills to make them flexible on all products.
II - Technical
1. Record and monitor all machine downtime
2. Responsible for overall Safety and 6S implementation at all times.
3. Initiate Kaizen activities.
4. Responsible for providing countermeasures for the minor non-conformance audit findings (ex., 6S / Safety)
5. Support and assist the actual evaluation and qualification of material, process, and machine with the process engineer.
6. Checking of the actual Standard operating procedure versus the documented file.
7. Basic machine adjustment and operation.
8. Provide countermeasures for the audit findings.
9. Maintain and confirm the safety of the process
10. Check, maintain, and preserve the production and inspection equipment and tools.
11. Update production documents (ex., Production Yield per process, Time Management, Problem Encountered, Daily Endorsement, etc.)
12. Confirm the production check sheet is properly filled out.
13. Responsible for checking and confirming the availability of materials and machine allocation based on the production plan.
14. Assist in failure analysis of non-conforming process or product and coordinate corrective or preventive actions to prevent recurrence of the failure.
15. Assist in the technical sustaining activities in the operation, especially during the qualification of the prototype model.
16. Assist process reports by collecting, recommending, and summarizing information and trends.
17. Make the process flow chart and work standard. Maintain documentation (work standards, drawings, etc).
18. Improve production process.
19. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them to your superior immediately.
20. Develop process improvements to utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
21. Responsible for confirming the operator’s efficiency and skills.
22. Capable of making Kaizen reports through QC story format.
College graduate (preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
