ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing / offshoring company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries regarding healthcare products and services
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO / call center setting
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and multitask while speaking with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
