The Sales Assistant / Associate offers reliable support to the accredited brokers of the cluster and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Sales Management : 40%
- Provides weekly summary of sales report and performance of In-house Sales to the cluster
- Secures timely report to the cluster such as but not limited to Sales Data, Sales Performance, Incentive Performance, Tripping and Expenses
- Assists in sales booking of In-house sales groups
- Facilitates monthly manning schedules and reports of In-house sales groups
- Monitor Sales Generated Funds of the sales team
- Monitor commission and incentive of sellers
- Closely interact with different departments to help identify possible solutions to systems and process related concerns
Marketing : 30%
Assists in Sales and Marketing activities when neededProvide proactive weekly feedback of In-house Sales Group of their marketing activitiesEnsures sales materials such as flyers, brochures , forms etc. are always available when neededEnsures proper safekeeping of giveaways, tokens and other sales related itemsSales Booking : 30%
Assist in sales boking of brokers and ensure that all sales for the month are booked and closedCoordinates with Operations and Customer Service departments for booking processAssists in the after sales of the in-house seller's clientsTechnical Competencies and skills :

Associate degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)Sales support experience
