We are seeking a mot i vated State Sales Manager to join our team and support growth in the regulated cannabis beverage market. The State Sales Manager will be the strategic lead for all sales and distribution operations within your state. You'll manage key distributor relationships, oversee a team of Territory Managers, and be accountable for driving growth through purchase orders (POs), depletions, and new account acquisition.
Responsibilities
Distributor Management
- Own and nurture relationships with all state-level distribution partners
- Ensure alignment on sales goals, inventory levels, and promotional execution
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and manage a team of Territory ManagersSet clear KPIs and coach team members toward exceeding targetsFoster a culture of accountability, hustle, and brand prideSales Execution & Growth
Track and report on PO goals, depletions, and sell-through performanceStrategically expand the account base across retail and licensed partnersCollaborate with marketing on local activations and brand visibilityAccount & Market Management
Develop and maintain key retail and on-premise relationships.Ensure product placement, pricing, and visibility meet brand standards.Support implementation of statewide programs locally.Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales dashboards and forecasting toolsAnalyze trends to identify opportunities and risksPresent insights to senior leadership regularlyRequired Skill Sets and Experience
3+ years of experience in beverage, cannabis, or CPG salesProven success managing distributor relationships and field teamsStrong analytical skills and comfort with sales dataExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilitiesPassion for cannabis culture and Uncle Arnie's brand missionWhat's in it for you?

The base annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
