Job description : Responsibilities :
1. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve or exceed the group annual sales target for the assigned territory.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and successfully execute major projects.
2. Personal Sales Goals
Meet or exceed personal sales targets by managing and growing key personal accounts.
3. Team Collaboration and Project Mangement
Partner with the technical team to ensure projects are profitable and meet or exceed target margins.
Oversee and support the sales team's progress on ongoing projects, bids, and other sales activities.
4. Operational Support
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations
Minimum Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of Sales Management experience
At least 3-4 years of experience working in the construction industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Strong initiative in improving business processes and office operations.
