Job Description
- Assists the L&D Manager in the selection and training of department trainer
- Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system
- Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates.
