Job description5+ years of experience building and shipping production software in a scaled distributed environment, preferably in the public cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). 5+ years of experience managing software engineers, agile practitioners, performing software engineering, using Git, automated testing frameworks, and relational databases. Experience handling projects using the following tech stacks : Full stack and UX Engineers, Native Coding on mobile platforms, React / React Native experience. Experience with Full Stack Development (Java, Golang) or similar languages. Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and Docker (Microsoft SQL Server & DynamoDB preferred).

Our client is a multinational Healthcare Technology Solutions company.
Responsibilities :
- The candidate will manage 1-2 Agile Scrum teams each with 5-6 Full Stack Software Engineers, a shared Scrum Lead, and other cross-functional partners. This candidate will have HR responsibility for the members of their team.
- Others will be further discussed by the team
Qualifications :
Work Setup :
Shift : Mid Shift 2 PM-11 PM flexible
Setup : Hybrid, every 2 weeks (1 day)
Location : Cebu City (Cebu IT Park)
