Senior Project Engineer - Mechanical (Laguna)

2) Prepares plans and documents such as :

• a. Project Schedule;
• b. Equipment Specification;
• c. Bill of Material Quantities;
• d. Sub-contract Scope of Work / Supply;
• e. Progress Reports and Billing;

3) Supervises / instructs / reviews the work of Project Engineer and Cad Operator in the preparation of :

• a. Building and installation permit application plans / drawings / documents;

b. Mechanical and electrical plans such as :

• i. Process and Instrument Diagram;
• ii. General Arrangement Drawing;
• iii. Tank, Structures Primary Piping Support plans / drawings;
• iv. Mechanical Installation plans / drawings such as Piping Route, Piping Isometric, Secondary Support and etc.;
• v. Final Document;
• 4) Monitors the progress of site installation;
• 5) Provides technical assistance to the site manager / supervisor in the interpretation of plan / drawings;

6) Liaise with the customer, general contractor, government agencies, industrial park management, and other parties.

• 7) Assist in site management / project supervision, if necessary;

8) Full time position.

Skills and Competencies :

• 1) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable University;
• 2) PRC registered Engineer;
• 3) 3 – 5 years of experience in design of industrial facilities and / or installation of mechanical equipment. Experience in water or wastewater treatment design, installation, or operation is an advantage;
• 4) Working knowledge in the application of various mechanical equipment and;
• 5) Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision / management;
• 6) Familiarity in water and wastewater treatment plant process;
• 7) Proficient in general engineering principles;
• 8) Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
• 9) Can handle multiple task often with competing deadlines;
• 10) Must have a good scholastic records;
• 11) Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark and Project Sites;
