Sourcing Specialist for Amazon Store

Job descriptionDevelop and implement a sourcing strategy to expand our product catalogue. Communicate effectively with suppliers on Alibaba and other platforms. Identify and negotiate with the best suppliers to meet our quality and pricing needs. Coordinate the process of getting samples, managing shipping logistics, maintaining supplier documentation, creating shipping plans to Amazon warehouses, and securing reliable and cost-effective freight forwarders. Work closely with our Canadian-based team to ensure timely and efficient procurement. You have at least 2 years experience ideally with sourcing on Ecommerce platforms. Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (experience in the automotive industry or with aftermarket auto parts is a plus, but not a necessity). Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers. Experience dealing with shipping plans for Amazon and coordinating with freight forwarders. Knowledge of Alibaba and other sourcing platforms. Experience with Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools is beneficial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
