We are looking for an Integrations Engineer (API Specialist) to help us connect different systems within the organization. The goal is to automatically send and receive information in different systems whenever specific events or updates occur (for example : when a record changes stage, when a user is created, or when a key property is updated). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that both systems communicate seamlessly, enabling our operations and clinical teams to work more efficiently.

Requirements
Responsibilities : Design and implement integrations between systems such as HubSpot and / or NikoHealth among others Analyze workflows and define which triggers should send information to different systems Map and transform data fields between both systems. Develop automation workflows (via tools like Zapier, Make, n8n) or build custom middleware in Python / Node.js when required. Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards (e.g. HIPAA). Monitor integrations, handle errors, and maintain documentation for the team. Requirements Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. Hands-on experience with HubSpot API; familiarity with NikoHealth API is a plus. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for building integrations. Knowledge of data mapping and transformation best practices. Understanding of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys). Bonus : experience in healthcare software integrations and knowledge of compliance / security requirements. Nice to Have : Experience with RevOps / Business Systems. Background in CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
