Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight :

o Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings

o Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards

o Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Team Leadership :

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AR / AP officers and bookkeepers
• Delegate tasks and review outputs for accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
