As we scale our hiring across key global regions—Europe, the Americas, and Australia—we are seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer to ensure we continue to attract and assess the world's top IT talent.
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Technical Interviewer. This role is critical to our global expansion strategy. Your primary focus will be to conduct technical interviews for candidates in the Americas (North & South) and provide extended coverage for our European candidates. Your workday will be structured to align with the business hours of these regions, typically starting in the late afternoon or early evening Central European Time (CET).
You will be the key gatekeeper for technical quality, evaluating candidates for roles such as Desktop Support Technician, IT Support Specialist, System Engineer, Network Engineer, and Datacenter Technician. Your insights will directly influence our hiring decisions and ensure we maintain our high standards of technical excellence.
Location : Remote - will transition onsite once the office opens in Quezon City (Target location. (Must be available during Americas business hours)

Requirements
What you need : Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 18 months’ years of IT experience. Mobile device management, including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC / laptop management via Active Directory. Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment. Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
