Requirements :
Open for undergraduates
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience iniGaming or Online Casino Companies.
Willing to attend face to face interview once requested.
Willing to work on site.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Responsibilities :
Responding to consumer inquiries by phone and / or live chat
Updating and maintaining client accounts
Answering consumer complaints, identifying the root of the problem, and choosing and outlining the best remedies
Gathering and evaluating consumer input to enhance services.
Other task as assigned
