What you'll be doing

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and financial performance

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints

Implement effective merchandising and display strategies to drive sales and profitability

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate bakeshop associates

Collaborate with the wider business to identify and implement process improvements

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make informed decisions

Passion for the food and beverage industry and a keen eye for detail
