Finance Reporting Lead Analyst, Vice President, hybrid based in Citi Plaza, Taguig City, Philippines. This role is responsible for the preparation and analysis of schedules for US Regulatory Reports (including FR2900, FR2915, FRY8 and other regulatory reports). Requires discretion and authority to ensure regulatory and internal reporting standards are met for Citi’s financials.

Key responsibilities :

• Quarterly and semiannual review of regulatory schedules; timely submission of reports to regulators via Reporting Central.
• Ensure accuracy of reports through reviews and liaison with regulators on Citi’s behalf.
• Produce senior-management metrics, maintain and enhance procedures, and ensure key controls across global processes.
• Execute project plans and milestones related to data acquisition, change management, and issue resolution; escalate issues as needed.
• Lead and represent the Statistics Team in working groups and strategy sessions to remediate data sourcing and curation workstreams.
• Identify and implement process improvements; coordinate control activities across business and functional lines.
• Maintain a robust control environment and perform key controls, MCA testing, and opportunities for optimization.
• Engage with Internal / External Audit and Regulatory entities; ensure timely follow-up on issues and proper escalation.
