Principal Consultant - IT Sector at Intro Recruitment Asia

Setup : Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

The Global Finance Director leads a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service delivery across Finance and other functions, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the GBS center in Manila.

What You’ll Do :

Leadership & People Management

Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation using methodologies like LEAN, Six Sigma, and Agile.
Drive operational excellence by using data-driven insights to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Establish and oversee a cross-functional governance framework to ensure accountability and transparency.
Formulate and execute strategic plans for expanding services within the GBS center.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Cultivate strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Proactively address and resolve any service delivery challenges.

Risk & Compliance Oversight

Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Actively identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard service integrity.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience in management / leadership role overseeing Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or other operations for a large group within global organizations

Skilled in leading large transformation projects

Workday, ServiceNow, Genesys software tools

CPA / CMA / ACMA / CFA certifications
