Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats and assist customers with inquiries, requests, or complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and policies.
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
Achieve daily performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
