The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner will be responsible for identifying and assessing passive candidates for current and future openings. This role will manage sourcing channels and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.

The position can be based at a NerdWallet office or geographically remote.

Role reports to the TA Ops Lead.

Where You Can Make An Impact

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidates for current and upcoming openings
• Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc.
• In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals
• Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines
