Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Head at AXA Philippines. The Unit Head will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring that team of Financial Advisors meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include regular recruitment of Financial Advisors, conduct joint field work with Financial Advisors, strategic planning, setting and tracking goals, driving business growth, and managing team performance. This role assignment is in the nearest AXA office but allows for some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strategic planning and goal-setting abilities
• Experience in driving business growth and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or at least college level
• Atleast 1 year of Managerial experience (in any industry) is required
• Atleast 1 year experience in sales (Any industry) is required
