About the Role :
As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary role will involve serving as a project manager to ensure seamless client onboarding, provide outstanding support, and foster strong connections with clients. You should be highly disciplined, organized, and process driven. The goal is to surpass client expectations during the onboarding process while consistently embodying professional and organizational values.
Responsibilities :
⚫ Assist clients from the sales handover, ensuring that accounts are set up, integrated, and clients are trained in using systems.
⚫ Monitor and communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
⚫ Engage with stakeholders as necessary to plan and execute software implementations.
⚫ Ensure customer priorities are given precedence in the onboarding process and are successfully met.
⚫ Collaborate effectively with other business units to streamline customer onboarding processes.
⚫ Stay informed with current product knowledge across all services and solutions.
Qualifications :
⚫ Previous experience with CRM systems is valued.
⚫ Experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
⚫ Proficiency in both written and oral communication.
⚫ Strong problem-solving ability.
⚫ Solid technical skills.
⚫ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
⚫ A collaborative, team-player attitude.
