JOB REQUIREMENTS :
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related course.
✨At least 3–5 years in General Affairs or administrative work
✨Experience in AEP / visa processing is an advantage
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨Handle the processing of Alien Employment Permits (AEP), visas, and other government documents for foreign employees in accordance with labor and immigration regulations.
✨Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
✨Keep precise and up-to-date records of employee permits, visas, and related documentation.
✨Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees and guests.
✨Develop and manage partnerships with travel and hotel providers to ensure quality service and cost efficiency
