Work Set-up : Onsite | Monday to Friday | Midshift
Work Description : We are looking for an HR manager to lead the HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matter across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in HR.
Qualifications :
- Focused on people management.
- Knowledgeable about DOLE policies and company handbook procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of team management experience.
- Attended soft skills and behavioral training workshops.
- Experienced in coaching managers and resolving employee relations issues.
- Served as a trainer or mentor for at least 3 years
