Job description

Responsibilities : - Deliver exceptional customer service support while adhering to defined scope of work and service level agreements. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly, ensuring a high standard of call quality and quantitative performance. - Provide effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. - Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, upholding the organization's service standards. Qualifications : - Open to candidates with or without prior BPO experience. - Candidates with experience in both BPO and non-BPO roles are encouraged to apply. - Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience. - 0 to 6 months of BPO experience preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills.
