Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM EST (4 AM – 12 PM PHT) with 1-hour unpaid break
• Client Timezone :   Philadelphia, PA (Eastern Time)
• Total Weekly Hours : 40

With multiple new locations opening soon, they are seeking skilled dispatchers to efficiently connect customers with technicians across expanding service areas. As a Dispatcher, you’ll serve as the vital link between customers and our client’s network of service providers. You’ll receive job requests in real-time and assign them to available technicians based on expertise, location, and urgency. Every second counts to ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities :

Promptly receive job requests via CRM software

Match job requirements with technician expertise and availability

Dispatch jobs efficiently to prevent missed opportunities

Occasionally provide customers with status updates

Monitor technician performance metrics such as close rates

Requirements

Strong attention to detail for accurate job-to-technician matching

Ability to make quick decisions under pressure

Excellent English communication skills for customer interactions

Basic data entry and math proficiency for tracking metrics

Comfortable handling fast-paced, repetitive tasks and processes
