Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients.
Present and promote company products or services in a professional manner.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation and campaign alignment.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Telemarketer, or similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English — must have a neutral or Western accent .
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with U.S.-based or international clients.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles).
Preferred Skills
Background in customer service, lead generation, or business development.
Experience working with international or English-speaking markets.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Qualifications : Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Has minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS Has noise-cancelling headset and external monitor
