- Promote and sell IT STEP Academy programs and courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students / clients.
- Conduct presentations and explain course offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-in clients.
- Provide excellent customer service during the enrollment process.
