Month-End Close
Management & Statutory ReportingAccrual AccountingTreasury, Banking & Legal AdministrationEnsure timely and accurate reporting under US / PH GAAP and IFRSCoordinate with Shared Services and internal / external stakeholdersPrepare and review journal entries and financial reportsLead statutory audits and ensure compliance with reporting deadlinesReview and approve non-PO invoices, reimbursements, and cash advances under Php50kCash & Working Capital Management
Administer intercompany loans and agreementsPrepare cash forecasts and conduct variance analysesAnalyze foreign exchange impact (realized and unrealized)Oversee fixed asset counts and petty cash controlPeople Management
Supervise and mentor a team of 3 finance professionalsFoster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvementDrive team performance and development goalsIntegrity & Compliance
Ensure compliance with corporate integrity standards and internal policiesUphold quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) practicesParticipate in risk assessments, incident reporting, and process auditsQualifications
Bachelors degree in AccountingCertified Public Accountant (CPA) requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory roleBackground in a large, multinational corporate environmentHigh ethical standards and strong attention to detailSkills Required
