Façade Drafter / Designer (Composite Panels & 3D Point Cloud)

We are seeking a 3D / Revit / Designer with proven experience in composite panel systems and strong technical skills in handling 3D point cloud files (.RCS / .RCP) . The ideal candidate will support our clients architectural and engineering team by producing accurate shop drawings, façade layouts, and cladding details using data from 3D field scans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and update architectural and façade shop drawings for composite and aluminum panel systems .
• Interpret and work with 3D laser scans / point cloud data (.RCS, .RCP) for existing buildings.
• Create precise layouts, sections, and fabrication details based on field scans and design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Work efficiently within AutoCAD, Revit, and / or Autodesk ReCap environments.
• Review and verify dimensions, tolerances, and installation alignments from scan data.
