We craft distinctive residential spaces throughout Southern California, with an eye toward timeless aesthetics, function, and the surrounding environment. From permit plans to high-concept design, we handle everything in-house : architecture, interiors, furniture, outdoor design, and custom lighting.

Architectural Technical Drafter (Remote - Full Time, Manila-based)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technical Drafter with a degree in architecture and excellent English communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with our U.S. and European team via video calls and online platforms, producing technical drawings and documentation for construction projects in California.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete permit-ready plan sets (floor plans, sections, elevations)
• Draft electrical and plumbing layouts, site plans, and roof plans
• Create details drawings for interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins)
• Support exterior design plans such as pools, outdoor kitchens and decks
• Participate in design development and technical detailing
