A Japanese manufacturing company that established their Philippine Branch since 2015. They manufacture part and home appliances that are made with high quality metals and electronics.

Position : HR Staff / Company Nurse

Salary : Php15,000 – Php 25,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Job Requirements :

✨ bachelors degree in business Administration and any related course.

✨With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and nurse

✨With experience working in manufacturing company

✨Amenable to attend face to face interview

✨Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Creating job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and conducting interviews

✨ Orienting new employees and managing the exit process for departing ones.

✨ Coordinating and conducting training programs for both new and existing employees.

✨ Administering company policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
