JOB SPECIFICATION :

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 3-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Good understanding of accounting related concerns and data analysis methods.
Ability to multi-task effectively and adaptable to change.
Resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances
Must be detail-oriented and result-oriented.
Must be willing to work in Aseana, Parañaque.

Key Responsibilities :

Handles Financial Statements

Approval for 2307, checks and vouchers

Facilitates the documents needed.

Prepares accounting reports for the management and executive teams.

Ensures that the day-to-day tasks related to accounting is accomplished and backed up

To prepare monthly, quarterly and financial year-end financial reports on a timely manner.

To effectively manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with all existing credit policies.

To prepare annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting and auditing standards.

To maintain and develop accounting financial systems and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements.

Other task management may assign from time to time.

Salary

Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
