RESPONSIBILITIES :
Creating variety of baked goods mostly focused on bread
Ensure cleanliness of the area
Plans for daily operations and supplies
Quality control supplies received
Proper Storage of supplies
Follow recipes and maintain recipe files
Proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and items
REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2yr. college level
2 year work experience in commercial bakeries
Attention to detail
Can work under pressure
Amenable to work on late shifts, weekends and holidays
Good work ethics and willing to learn
Willing to work in Makati City
