Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support our healthcare account in a dynamic BPO environment. You will assist members, providers, or policyholders by answering inquiries about healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and more — while ensuring quality, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare inquiries.
Assist customers with benefits, claims status, authorizations, and account concerns.
Explain insurance coverage, co-payments, and billing issues clearly.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or support teams as needed.
Meet performance metrics (AHT, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).
