Work Setup : Mon to Sat (5 days onsite)
Job Description :
- Design and develop new food products that align with market demands and customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze food industry trends, advancements in ingredients, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Evaluate new raw materials and ingredients for suitability and performance.
- Conduct quality testing and analysis of received materials and during all production phases to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Maintain and update documentation related to quality assurance processes, formulations, and testing procedures. Generate periodical reports.
- Optimize and improve existing product formulations to enhance taste, nutritional value, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all products meet food safety regulations and certifications
- Maintains housekeeping of laboratory that includes the equipment, facility and materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, and Procurement to ensure successful product launches and process optimization.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to maintain compliance.
Ideal Profile
Graduate of food technology, chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent3+ years experience in food product developmentProficient knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO)Strong analytical skills and experience with laboratory testing techniquesFamiliarity with product development processes in food manufacturingWhat's on Offer?
