Qualifications :
Tertiary degree qualification or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or engineering with specialisation and / experience in cost control and / or cost management.Essential skills, knowledge and experience :
2+ years Project Controls experience within in the Mining, Construction or related industry.Proficiency in the use of JD Edwards, Microsoft Power BI, (Other planning software or ERP system would be considered).Detailed reporting experience, including Earned Value Analysis.High attention to detail and strong & proactive interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work remotely from the operating team preferably aligned with the Perth, Western Australia time zone (GMT +8).Ability to review and consult with study / engineering managers, and planning team on the progress of the works, including identifying and communicating financial performance issues and trends.Ability to lead a small team if workloads increase.Ability to effectively manage self and others time, priorities and activities.Desired skills, knowledge and experience :
Experience in working with Australian or international companies.Development towards additional qualifications in project management, construction engineering management or MBA
