Roles and Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager is the No. 1 leader of a designated restaurant.
Assists Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Responsible for controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business.
Also needing to make sure that the staff needs to know their duties, but at the same time to jump for help to their coworkers when it is necessary in order to restaurant business flowed as expected.
Restaurant and food service managers plan, organised, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other food and beverage services Restaurant manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the staff and for delivering an exceptional dining experience to the customers.
Analyzes sales, labour, inventory and controllables on a continual basis, and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets.
