CSR - Financial Tech - Sales

Job descriptionHandle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell financial technology products and services. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service. Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships. Manage customer accounts, process applications, and provide after-sales support. Handle billing inquiries, account updates, and payment-related concerns. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations. ₱30,000 Basic + ₱2,000 Allowance + ₱30,000 Sign-In Bonus Paid Trainings HMO on Day 1 + Coverage for 3 Dependents 28 Paid Leaves 13th Month Pay Company-Sponsored Trips or Retreats SHS / HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) : Minimum of 12 months call center experience College Graduate : Minimum of 6 months call center experience Work Experience : At least 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
