Carmudi, a well-established name in the auto marketplace since 2014, is expanding its footprint into various business lines, including Used Car Finance, Refinance, Insurance, and Classifieds. Our vision is to become the largest, fastest, and most extensive Auto Financial Services Platform in the region. To achieve this, we are seeking a Territory Sales Head to lead our Refinance Business in the Manila Region.
Position Overview :
As the Sales Head for Refinance Business , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our refinance operations in Manila. You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, establishing strong relationships with financiers, agents, and executing strategies to capture the refinance market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a sales team, including Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Market Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the refinance business in Manila.
- Partner Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, agents, and other key partners.
- Sales Performance : Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of our refinance products and services and ensure the sales team is well-equipped to promote them.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team.
- Compliance : Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.7+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services sector with a focus on lending, banking, or refinance.Expertise in refinance, OR / CR Sangla, and Collateral Loans .Experienced in agent channelStrong network and relationships within the Philippine financial services industry.Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and leading a diverse team.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decisions.Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance.Location : Manila, Philippines
