We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to remotely join our client's dynamic team in Romania, a well-established world stock trade company. Office based in Makati, you'll be the frontline hero, ensuring customers receive the support they need, all while working in a flexible environment that balances on-site and remote opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
- Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints for continuous service improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to resolve customer concerns and refine service processes.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and suggest opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience.
Requirements
Experience : 1-3 years in a customer support role.Language Skills : Fluent in English and at least one other language : Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean.Industry Knowledge : Experience or exposure to the stock trading world is a M UST HAVE.Technical Proficiency : Skilled in using customer service software and tools.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.Team Player : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
