Job Summary :
The Retail Marketing Supervisor reports directly to the Head of Marketing and supports the Retail Marketing Manager in identifying, creating, and optimizing marketing opportunities with mall partners to drive sales growth and profitability. This role works closely with the marketing team, retail managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Campaign Development
- Collaborate with mall marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, including directional signage, in-mall posters, sales activations, and omni-channel promotions.
- Develop engaging, relatable content tailored to the brand’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Create compelling ad materials for promotional efforts to capture and convert customer interest.
- Draft, review, and secure approval for articles, display ads, and digital content in a timely manner.
- Propose marketing concepts aligned with brand identity and audience needs.
- Launch localized campaigns aligned with seasonal and cultural events.
Sales Growth & Promotional Analytics
Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions and GWP (gift-with-purchase) initiatives.Strengthen social media presence during mall events in collaboration with mall administrators.Source, organize, and manage campaign assets from shared cloud drives or repositories.Monitor the relationship between foot traffic and promotional campaign success.Influencer Seeding & PR Initiatives
Identify and maintain a network of influencers for strategic product seeding.Ensure timely annual distribution of merchandise and special collections for PR visibility.V isual Merchandising & Creative Oversight
Ensure in-store signage and logo displays meet visibility and branding standards.Supervise visual merchandising to align with the company’s creative direction.Review all store assets and creative materials before submission to the Principal or upper management.Oversee store launches to ensure all marketing-related assets are prepared and in place.Ensure the quality of all marketing-related fixtures, collaterals, and visuals.C ompliance & Brand Integrity
Safeguard the brand's visual identity and messaging consistency across all channels.Monitor and review compliance with statutory regulations for retail events and marketing materials.Keep leadership informed of any updates or trends in regulatory requirements affecting marketing activities.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing.Proven ability to design and execute successful brand awareness campaigns and strategies for optimal market penetration.Strong leadership and managerial skills, including coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).This role requires occasional travel for store openings and events, as well as flexibility to address marketing concerns outside of standard office hours.
