Job description

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

or related field.

  • 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in

    • manufacturing or plastic injection molding industries.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Background in handling customized or technical products and working with

    • clients in OEM or industrial markets.

  • Strong project coordination skills across departments (engineering, production,

    • QA, logistics).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and basic costing or pricing principles.
  • Willing to travel for client visits and site meetings.

    • Work Location : Binan, Laguna
