Kaizenzo is a leading Toronto digital marketing agency that builds lead generation campaigns using digital channels with services geared towards revenue growth and profitability.
As an experienced marketing team, they collaborate with startups, small companies, and medium-d enterprises to help them expand their digital presence.
Web design, tracking & analytics, paid social, Amazon advertising, paid search, and programmatic advertising is some of Kaizenzo's specialties
An Appointment Setter's responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in their products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with their organization's Sales Representatives.
Ultimately, this role will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.
Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Mine leads
Prospective leads research
2 years of proven work experience as an Lead Generation, Lead Mining, Appointment Setter or similar role
Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
Adept in using Google Suite and HubSpot's CRM
With basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services and Lead Mining
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Digital Marketing expertise in paid advertising (SEM / SMM) and search engine optimization.
