Key Responsibilities
A. Compliance and Audit Management
- Conduct licensing compliance reviews, audits, and assessments for new and existing
customers.
Analyze customer usage data against contractual entitlements to detect gaps orunauthorized use.
Educate customers on proper licensing requirements, compliance risks, and remediationoptions.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations in a clear, professionalmanner.
B. Sales and Revenue Generation
Convert compliance findings into commercial opportunities by recommendingappropriate licensing solutions or upgrades.
Develop proposals, quotations, and licensing packages aligned with customer needsand compliance outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal cycles, upsell opportunities, andstrategic account growth.
Negotiate remediation agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial business outcomes.C. Data and Reporting
Monitor compliance metrics, revenue impact, pipeline progression, and customer trends.Provide regular updates to leadership on audit outcomes and sales conversions.Ensure timely and accurate input of all data into CRM and compliance managementsystems.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.2–5 years of experience in sales, licensing, compliance, or audit-related roles.Strong understanding of software / product licensing models (perpetual, subscription,SaaS, user-based, device-based, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Preferred :
Experience in software licensing compliance (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Autodesk).Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Experience with data analysis, audit reporting, or contract interpretation.
