Responsibilities :
- Able to draft secretary's certificate, directors' certificate, minutes of meeting, and other related corporate documents
- Able to draft general information sheet and other reportorial requirements to the SEC
- Preparation of disclosures to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and necessary disclosures to the PSE and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Ability to conduct legal research, including SEC and PSE circulars
- Administrative work related her role as specialist
