Supervises : BPI Specialist
3.0 JOB OBJECTIVES
The role should manage the day-to-day planning and smooth operation of the BPI Team and offer innovative and efficient solutions.
4.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. Project Management
- Liaise with different stakeholders for any projects
- Conceptualizes project idea and translates it into a process rationalization
- Handles process migrations and document creation / development
- Create tools to support efficient process migration
- Creates SOPs
4.2. Business Process and Improvement
Process Mapping and DevelopmentKPI Management / Achieves defined individual and team KPIsProactively implements improvement, correction, and prevention measuresProcess Gap AnalysisStandard Operating Procedures (SOP) MaintenanceImproves processes in terms of efficiency by Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodsStandardizes and re-engineers processes as well as their interfaces according to the overall process model4.3. Automate repetitive data processing tasksDevelop scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortImplement monitoring and alerting for data pipelines and systems4.4. Data Quality and Governance
Implement data quality checks and validation proceduresEstablish and enforce data governance policies4.5. Data Analysis and Reporting

Assist in the development and testing of new business solutionsSupport the implementation and deployment of new systems and processesProvide training and support to end-usersEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
Bachelor / College Degree in Information Technology or a related fieldProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Experience in AutomationExperience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.3+ years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, or related fieldHighly motivated, structured, and quality-driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spiritExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Transportation and communication allowance (fixed amount paid in the payroll)
