Job description3+ years of experience in UI / UX design, including a strong portfolio demonstrating past work. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software. Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Ability to think critically and creatively with a strong focus on user-centered design. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
UI / UX Designer at Staff4Me
Staff4Me is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative UI / UX Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will play a critical part in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create engaging and effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Design user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and align with user expectations.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and new trends.
- Develop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and best practices.
- Contribute your expertise in user experience principles to improve our product offerings.
