A Day in the Life
- Responsible for managing sales analysis projects to ensure sales execution and achievement of growth objectives
- Business Intelligence & process improvement
- Projects may include evaluation of sales goals, sales performance as well as preparing sales forecasts
- Drives the development of analytic plans support sales leadership Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- True first level manager
- Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budget
- Has full authority for personnel actions
- Extensive knowledge of department processes

Experience Typically requires 5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor1 to 3 years’ supervisory experience preferredRequire a bachelor’s degree or similar years of experienceExpert level competency in Excel requiredComputer Technical Proficient using SalesforceProficient Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems.Preferred experience with business intelligence (BI) toolsPreferred experience in flow-chart software (Visio, Lucidchart)Other Skills Solid functional understanding of sales systems, processes and toolsExcellent analytical thinking skills; able to breakdown ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutionsSolid verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized; project or program management experience is a plusStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to solve problems and roadblocks as neededCommitment to see things through toward actionable outcomes and resultsDemonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines
