The Role
About the job :
- We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic salesperson to join our agency and grow together. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity not only to build a strong portfolio but also to develop the whole sales department, implement processes, hire additional salespeople, and become a leader (based on their performance).
- Study company products and services
- Taking part in lead generation alongside the marketing manager, including various online tool usage, cold calling, and email correspondence with prospects.
- Soliciting leads, booking online meetings, and communicating with prospects
- Converting leads into clients by sealing the deals
Compensation :
Basic allowance structure includes :
500 CAD monthly (before any deal is closed)
1000 CAD monthly (requires at least one closed deal on a monthly basis)
2000 CAD monthly (requires at least three closed deals on a monthly basis, or alternatively meeting your quarterly monetary goals, TBD on the interview)
Bonuses structure :
15% of the client recurring income for the first 12 months after onboarding10% of the client recurring income after one yearOther perks :
