Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute trade marketing plans and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.

Manage in-store activities including merchandising, display programs, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify trade opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel-specific programs that enhance customer experience and product uptake.

Work with retailers and distributors to ensure effective point-of-sale execution and compliance with brand guidelines.

Required Skills :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.

With at least 3 years experience in a senior role in marketing with at least 3 years in a sales function

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with a major diversified beverage company in the Philippines.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
